In the world of start-ups, company culture is a constant topic of conversation and when you are on the ground floor of creating it, it should be. While I think brainstorming, talking and otherwise trying to define said culture is important. The proof is in the pudding.
You say your company is fun, prove it.
You say your company encourages innovation, prove it. You say your company believes in working and playing hard, prove it.
At BlogFrog, we believe we are all these things and more. So, you ask, “how?” Well, with Wacky Wednesday’s of course. One Wednesday a month, we take a half day and spend the afternoon brainstorming and participating in an activity.
This past month, we took the team to Jump Street.
