I am loving all of the amazing activity generated by the SITGirls, their Community Leaders and the nearly 500 participants that continue to take on ProBlogger’s 31 Days to Build a Better Blog Challenge. I mean, check out these numbers!
For an awesome wrap up of last week, check out Francesca’s wrap up from the SITSGirls blog on Saturday. She did a great job highlighting member’s examples from each day of the challenge, and will be bringing you a new weekly wrap up every Saturday.
9 for the Price of One
This first week has flown by, and with it, my best intentions of writing daily updates. Since Day 9 is all about Community I figured it’s now or never to brush myself off, pat myself on the back and get back on track. There is too much great info and bloggy friends to pass up! The following is my attempt to encapsulate and catch up on the first 9 days of the 31DBBB challenge into one post.
Day 1: Elevator Pitch – Bloggy and Froggy news, how tos, fun and a whole lotta BFF love!
Day 2: List Post – Ahem – consider this my list…
Day 3: Promote a Blog Post - I will be posting this on our Facebook page, tweet the bejeebes out of it and posting it on BlogFrog.
Day 4: Top Blog in Your Niche – Based on Technorati’s niches BlogFrog’s blog falls somewhere between small business and technology. I checked out several small business blogs. They are content rich, though don’t have much personality, and dare I say, estrogen? I will continue this search. They didn’t have a category for frogs. Maybe we just need to create our own niche.
Day 5: Email a Blog Reader- Done. I even asked them to guest post. Stay tuned.
Day 6: 27 Must Read Tips – I am in blogging info heaven!! Have bookmarked these blogs and will return to these posts to learn from the Masters.
Day 7: Write a Link Post – Fingers crossed working on that this might be a linker. (wink)
Day 8: Interlink to Old Blog Posts – See the 31 Day to Build a Better Blog Challenge link above and below. Since I just started writing for BlogFrog’s blog, this is my most relevant post. Unless you’d like to see some pictures of bloggers gone wild for chocolate cake.
Day 9: Join a Forum (Community) Present day. Catch up complete. Check out the Day 9 Join a Community Discussion in the SITS Community here. Now let’s talk about community!

Straddling the line between cheating and brilliant. And of course just all out multi-tasking! Love it!
Thanks again,
The accidental participant.

@Andrea, definitely a multi-tasker here! Have been following along just time to put it all together.
Nice synopsis of the “31 Days…” I’m trying to catch up, and this made it easier!
Cheers!
